Maybe he is an ex F15 pilot. They do that.
I video in the past an El-Al 744 lands the same way right before a Delta 747 landing in a different way.

By the way, in the opening video, at 5min, you can see ex CAL 4X-ICO. It (and others CAL 747-200) are long gone before 2020.

Air Geo Sky is quite active in Dubai. When they depart from the DWC and head to east (especially now, when traffic is light), they overfly my apartment. You can definitely tell the difference between B742 and B744/B748.

I wish B742F would stay in operations longer, but same goes for B744/F.
