Engine 4 not starting

Hi

Have issue with engine 4 not starting have reset all malfunctions turn it of and on again but still won't start any suggestions pls

Thanks I have now fixed it fire handle was pulled out , should it not reset when u click reset everything

"Reset everything" resets malfunctions, it's not a general flight deck reset. A pulled fire handle is not a malfunction.
