Touch screens

Great setups ....

I saw that many of you use touch screen.
Are there any Limitation or can you Control everything ?
Any which touch screen you can recommend?

I use them, and I love it but I changed the clients to ubuntu linux. Couldnt get touch and hold to work with windows 10 but perhaps it was just on my end.

Maybe this is a dumb question... how do touch screens work for turning knobs? (MCP altitude selector, baro/radio selector, light dimmer switches, etc.)

You just touch and hold your finger on the + or - hotspot for the knob like you would click and hold a mouse button. It can be a little "ear-rotating" when making large changes for things like the baro minimums or altitude.
