Gameport to USB adapter for joystick

Hi,

Has anyone experience with the yoke/pedals connected via a gameport-to-USB-adapter with PSX?

I still have my old CH Products yoke an pedal but they have a gameport connector only. My new PSX machine has only USB ports and I would like to re-use my old stuff if possible.

A 777 builder, Norbert Bosch:

told me many years ago, that he (rather simply) connected the potentiometers in his CH yoke and pedels to a Leo Bodnar card, so bypassing all the old gameport stuff.
