BACARS Problem

Apologies if this is in the wrong forum.

I have generated a flightplan using Simfest/ Simbrief.  Plan/ Briefing generated, no problem.

BACARS v8.1.0.0 used.  Four greens, but reds on Crew, Route, Wind, Plan.

In PSX, I have the BACARS screen on the Comms CDU.  When I enter my FLT NO, DEP and DEST, I keep getting "NO DATA AVAIL"

I have checked, and the Simbrief PSX route file is in the correct Routes folder.

What am I missing please?

PS: The "legacy" ACARS pages are still present on the main CDUs - is this correct too?
