Auto thrrotle is not working

I have throttle Quardant unite, all my hardware is working fine and I tested was good and working fine

About software, I am using phidght software if anyone knows about it.

I am in take off postion everythings On, when I press togle button still thorttle not move auto

Any ideas or solutions?
