Adding new airlines to the Simfest Portal

I know that some people are missing their favorite airline in the Simfest portal. In order to fix this, I offered to make a list of airlines to add and then Gary can hopefully add them all at once. In a week I will look in this thread, make a list and send it to Gary.

What I need for this list from you:
1: Airline ICAO code
2: The flight plan format (please use the code Simbrief uses in the "OFP Layout" dropdown menu, e.g BAW, LIDO, DLH, ...) - otherwise I'll ask for LIDO
3: Link to an image we can use for the icon (needs to be scaled down to around 100x30 pixels) - otherwise I'll just use Wikipedia

Requested:
- MPH Martinair (voipmeister, has WASM livery)
- TXS Texas Airlines LIDO (Bluestar in a post I found from 2023)

I would also like these (actually all current 744 operators would be nice to have, but maybe some moderation is in order):
- HGO One Air (I would definitely fly Hoppie's favorite airline
- UPS (large operator, has WASM livery)
- CKS, AZG, TAY, CHG, WGN, KAL, NCR (large operators without WASM livery)

Not sure about the flightplan format IRL (might be 'AFR 2017'), but I'm used to LIDO nowadays
