Hoppie's ACARS now supports IVAO ATIS

Don't know why this took me so long. It's nearly the same as for VATSIM anyway.

Two ways to get at it:

1. Issue an inforeq with in the packet IVAOATIS CALL_SIGN

2. Issue a telex with in the packet HC002 CALL_SIGN

Since most MCDU interfaces don't produce a _ underscore you can also use a - hyphen instead.

Everything is live, but the inforeq probably needs to be implemented by the pilot clients, hence the availability of the HC codes. There are two more (have been for a long time):
