when starting up the simstackswitch software, after e few minutes it stops the connection with the simstack boards, the only way to get it running again is to restart the simstack software.
does some one mayby knows what could be wrong ?
thanks,
Phil.

Sounds like network troubles. Have you checked the "Reconnect on Error" box on Configuration / General page?

Is connection to PSX lost as well?

You can activate Debug "Connection (to File)" below on same page, and check what the log files say.

Well, so check debug / logfile as mentioned above next.

Recheck all network cables are pluged in firmly.

Hi Phil,

The reason you hardware stops working after about 10 minutes is that SimStack Switch stops receiving network data from PSX.  This could be an issue with an instance of PSX, SimStack Switch or another application or piece of hardware on the network.

When I connected to your simulator last week, I observed large quantities of inconsistent data being sent around the network.  To fix the issue, we need to first identify the source of the problem data.

Cheers,

Rod.
