I'm having trouble understanding what went on here. I tried to replicate this in PSX, but the FD pitch bar always goes to takeoff pitch if I cycle both FD switches.

Did the aircraft really capture 00000 before takeoff and keep the pitch bar level? Maybe the video has some inaccuracies?
