Account asking for verification

Hi,

I needed to create a new account because my previous account has suddenly required verification when I tried to log in. I can't remember (and thus do not have access to) the e-mail address the account was associated with.

Has there been a problem with the website/forum, or does this mean something else has happened with my account? It's the first time in 10 years that has happened.

Hi, did you enter the forum via an outdated http URL bookmark? It's now completely on https. I previously had an SSL redirect function active in the forum software which autocorrected some missing https URLs within the forum folder tree. Some days ago I manually corrected all links and deactivated the SSL redirect because it accumulated too many errors in the error log triggered by spam bots.

Hardy,
similar issue occurs on my iPad only (9th Gen).

I receive errors -> change cookie settings, but was not able to (nothing to change).
Now, when I am trying to Log-in I get an "error" message. No explanation.

This started about 2 weeks ago.

Best,
Andrej

I usually get to the forum via the main Aerowinx webpage. I checked the URL and it is https, in addition, I logged in successfully to this account through that process.

It's strange my (original) account would be doing this after all this time.

Interesting. I'm using an iPad right now without issue (aside from my account being borked).

Not sure when I lasted logged in - probably a month or so ago.
