Hi

I am not sure if it is part of the latest update.  I noticed that when i chose a 744ERF with Prat engines.  I was sure before the aircraft I had chosen had debate 1 10% and debate 2 20%.  However now choosing the same aircraft Derate 1 is 8%. ?    I am sure it has to be in a selection somewhere and user error in setting on my behalf.      Other thing noticed was in cruise with SPD VNV PTH. Upper EICAS shows CRZ.  Where again I was sure before in setting i must have selected that it would show CLB?  Any Ideas feel free to let me know.
Thanks

Also I while ago I had trouble getting PSX to link with MSFS 2020.  My way around this has been to use the 747 in MSFS202, and in wide PSX i set height to 18ft.  This is as I don't have access to the 744 downloads from a while ago, I was too late.

Seems to work.

Only down side is that it never is on the ground.  So then also incorporating Beyond ATC for Voice coms works great for when airborne.  Obviously if could get it all to link would mean could have ground ATC as well.  But a minor thing really given the scope the sim can cover..Again great work to Hardy and others that have helped with these developments

Hi,

for the add-on issues you may want to post your specific question in the "Accessories" subforum:
https://aerowinx.com/board/index.php/board,5.0.html

Re FMC: Do you use the NG FMC or the legacy FMC? In the NG FMC you can set some default TO 1 and 2 derates. In both FMC versions you can set the CRZ/CLB default. You need to set these things on a special maintenance page:

• Go to INIT REF INDEX
• If on ground, select LSK 6R. If in flight, enter "666" in the scratchpad and select LSK 6R (this is a sim trick; won't work on real 744).
• On MAINTENANCE INDEX, select LSK 2L
• If legacy FMC, enter "ARM" in 6R
• In R3 enter "CLB/"
• If NG FMC, enter "10/20" in 2L.

This data is situational as well as model specific. So this setting can now be stored in situ files and model files. If you now load a different situ file or model file, the setting will change to the one which was stored in those files. So, before you do that, store your latest setting in a situ or model file.
