ELEC synoptic inhibit after autoland situ

When you start a new situ (i.e. Sydney to LA.situ) while the current situ has the ELEC page inhibited (i.e. landing.situ), the page is still inhibited in the new situ.

So a recap:
-Start landing.situ
-start Sydney to LA situ
-observe ELEC synoptic

A double reload solves this problem.
