TOGA & Reload All Layouts

Having gone back to using PSX on a MacBook solo, I have been looking for a keystroke for TOGA & Reload All Layouts. It would be splendid to have a key solution for these. I know Hardy is hard pressed for Key assignments, but does anyone have information that could be helpful?

TOGA : ALT+F (Mac: option+F)
Reload Layouts: F12


Further key related updates:

172.02. Key combination CTRL+B added which pulls the parking brake lever and pushes the brake pedals promptly all at once.

168.03. Shortcuts added for keyboards without a numeric pad: CTRL+ALT+1 (upper "1" key) selects layout 1. Similarly CTRL+ALT+2 for layout 2, and so on. As usual, F12 reloads saved layout settings from file.

168.02. Shortcut added for keyboards without a page-up key: CTRL+ALT+X pushes the autothrottle disconnect switch on the thrust levers.

168.01. Shortcuts added for direct gear up and down commands: CTRL+ALT+D moves the lever to the DN position, CTRL+ALT+U moves it to the UP position (or to OFF when locked on ground).
