Speed Restrictions in FMC

How do I enter the following ATC issued speed restriction in the FMC?  Currently I do it manually.  For this example lets say the aircraft is cruising at FL360, M0.86, 285 KIAS.

The ATC clearance - "Descend and maintain FL240, maintain M0.86 until 320 knots then 320 knots."

Set MCP ALT to 24000, close MCP SPD window, on the DES page set .86/320, select DES NOW, -- EXEC. If this is too early for an ACT DES, recruise when your reach FL240 by entering FL240 and 320 knots on the CRZ page and EXEC.
