Could it be possible to have PSX weather match weather as displayed on Windy.com? I have no idea where they extract their data from, but it would be cool to have it match.

It should already match on the surface, since surface winds are reported in METARs, and PSX can use real-time METARs from all over the work.

To get the winds aloft to match, you have at least two choices. Choice #1, use the Wind Corridor feature of the NG expansion pack, and copy real-world winds aloft from your flight plan into PSX. Or Choice #2, drag the jet stream in PSX to match the contours you see on windy.com at FL350.

If the question refers to those detailed thunderstorm cells, the answer is: No. Nevertheless, the approximate, real cell positions are already shown in PSX within the cluster of the 7 nearest, local METAR zones, and the METAR update every half an hour in PSX makes them move, shrink, grow accordingly. Additionally, when you have the NG FMC package, PSX shows significant weather from downloaded SIGMETs within their respective, dynamic SIGMET areas.
