Combi configuration

I suppose that there is no combi aircraft in service by now, so it is not really important. I just notice one thing in PSX combi model.
They are equipped with "Lower lobe cargo conditioned air flow rate" selector located on maintenance panel instead of "Cargo conditioned air flow rate" selector located on overhead panel. Any SB application available? (heavy considering tubing modifications...)
