MSFS and getting it set up with PSX

Gary's connection between MSFS and PSX is excellent. It's made me dive into MSFS for the first time. The visuals are pretty good, but does anyone have any idea how to fix the magnification? The default view out the cockpit looks like the pilot is looking at the world through an ultra wide-angle lens, almost fish eye. Like you're looking through the wrong end of binoculars.

Back in older iterations of Flight Simulator, this would be the kind of thing that would be a line in a .cfg file.

Any idea what we do in the current version?

In one of the option sections you can switch between wide angle view and landing
