Honeycomb Alpha Hat Switch

Hello,
I have the Alpha but PSX does not seem to recognize the Hat Switch. It shows in the USB list but has no pushed action. The Alpha works no problem (Windows Calibrate).
The Hat on my original MS Controller is the same.
Is there something I'm doing wrong?
Thank You.

Hello,

if it appears on the PSX USB list but just doesn't send a signal, could it be a mechanical problem?

Maybe related to this video?

Thanks Hardy,
And for the video link.
The hat is working fine, It registers in the Windows controller properties. And it works for switching views in XP12.
PSX seems not to be getting the click. And exactly the same with the Microsoft controller hat buttons.
It's not a major issue as I'm thinking of dumping the Honeycomb controllers and simplifying everything to concentrate of flight rather than fancy.
Thanks again for your help.

Chris

Honeycomb are pretty non-standard, and there are a lot of compatibility issues with them.

I'm not sure why people think they're so great, but to each his own (I tried them at a flight sim show a couple of years back and was unimpressed).
