BACARS not sending complete wind data

Seems BACARS is sending only part of wind data to PSX (NG FMC) corridor.

Tried today LOWW-LYBE and it sent only one data point, while the plan generated by planning.simfest.com contained below data. When I pasted manually into PSX it detected 14 corrdor points.
