Rumble sounds

When I watch the flight deck video's of the 747 I aways hear a rumble just before take-off and after landing. It sounds like the aircraft is fallen apart ;-) This sound is not heard in PSX at TO/landing, although you hear it when the aircraft is in overspeed. Is it possible to change any TO/landing sound with the vibe.wav ( I think) ?  I use PSX Vibrate but this addon does not provide the sound.

The overspeed vibration is a rattle noise. Do you really mean rumble or rattle? Rumble sounds like thunder. The rattle also occurs on the ground under certain conditions.

I mean the rattle, in the videos it sounds like every part of the flight deck is rattling in the racks

In these flight deck videos, the volume depends on the microphone position and the sound compression ratio in the camera's audio system.

The rattle also occurs in PSX when the nose gear runs over a center light on the runway or taxiway. It's accompanied by a short rumble noise.

Than it must be the microphone, because in the freighter versions, it is very noisy (probably less acoustic damping material ?)

Ton,

You might want to have a play with PSXVibrate and PSXSounds, they allow you to customise additional sounds and vibrations on top of PSX.
