Flight Deck Solutions MCP - Altitude/HDG speed of rotation

Hi Everyone - hope this has not been asked before.

We have set up the Flight Deck solution MCP to work with Aerowinx (via FDS Glare) - however whenever we use the rotary switches such as altitude or heading they are very slow in changing values (much slower than on the real airplane) and we are wondering how this can be adjusted.
