NEW YORK (AP) — A fire official says emergency crews are waiting for a plane at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport after reports of flames spewing from one of the aircraft's wings.

An official with the Fire Department of New York says the report of the fire came out early Sunday evening.

No other details on the flight were immediately available.
