PS1 and EDDF.

Hi,

Yesterday, I noticed I still have runway 26L/08R in my PS1 database for EDDF. I have Markus' last nav data installed, but I still see 08R and 07R superimposed when landing. Any ideas as to how to remove a runway from the PS1 database? The "SIMU" option does not seem to allow such modification.

There was an edit airport program on the old aerowinx site that did this.  Maybe someone can find a copy.  You have to be careful - there are limitations w.r.t. number of runways within a given area.

The tool is AirportAdder?
But I think you can also add/remove/modify runways via a FMC page.

I found "editarpt" on Aerowinx's website. I will give it a try as soon as I get home. I am on a trip and don't have my manual with me. Thank you.

I tried the SIMU option. You can only edit, but not remove. Thanks.

Hi Mariano,

But keep in mind that removing the rwy 26L/08R will also remove the related ILSs which are linked to the runway.
