china sigwx/ upper wind/temp charts

Does anybody know where to find the above charts iam tryin to fly VHHH-RPLL but the charts iam using are covering to much area.  Maybe someone who flys out of hong kong and tell which charts they use please.

I have checked these site but can't find the charts i need.  Check this site and there the type iam looking for but can't find them on that site www.hko.gov.hk/aviat/outreach/product/Polar_route_charts.htm.
