Wing icing

Today I flown the departure scenario LJLJ-EDFF. I did set an higher rate of random malfunctions and 11°C at EDDF. During climb BLD DUCT LEAK L message occurred. I followed the Boeing QRH to fix the problem. As expected, on final descent to EDDF left wing icing occurred. I did try to control the aircraft by means of aileron trim and finally I landed safely. The question is: which is the best conduct in such scenario? Returning ASAP to departure airport? To divert to another airport without icing conditions? To hold sonewhere outside icing conditions in order to allow ice meltdown?
Thank you
