Flightline

I was a real fan of Flightline while using PS1. However, in the modern era of virtual airlines, being able to fly a specific aircraft from a specific airport using a simulator-based aircraft fleet will become less and less viable as the VAs implement their own aircraft fleets.

British Airways Virtual, my VA, has the capability to implement its own 'Flightline' although it has not currently put this into practice. I am not privvy as to why not.

I certainly intend to install PSX at the earliest date, and to use FSX for scenery generation. I feel, though, that the logical place for a 'Flightline' is within each VAs functionality.

PS Surely something that identifies each aircraft is its registration letters, and these are displayed on the instrument panel somewhere.
