How to contact members ?

I would like to know how I can contact a member.
I dont find the option of sending PM to members...

I am trying to contact OmniAtlas....
In case you see this message, can you contact me at aris at ticino dot com please ?
I would like to ask you a couple of things regarding your screen/ projector setup.

Hi Swiso,
You can enable this option in your profile,  I did, but if someone does not want it, you can't  mail them.
Perhaps you can enable yours and ask if he would contact you?

It is already enabled....see the envelope under my avatar.
If I should post a message on the forum, on which one should I do it ? 
I dont think its appropriate on the Hangar 7...
