Windows 10 installation

It may sound a bit silly, but I have no idea how to install PSX in Windows 10. Any ideas? I have a 5K Imac 27 inch with MAC OSX and windows 10 now intalled in a seperate partiton. As an Apple man I am not up to speed on Windows.
Also is it possible to use X Plane visuals with PSX on a MAC?

The installation is described in the manual on page 10.

The installation program runs on Mac, Windows, Linux ...

Just make sure you have Java installed in Win 10...
