HI Charles -

I use these units - rated 24v output, but they have a built in trim pot to bring it up to 28 - good sturdy units....

The 24VDC threw me off track, wasn't aware that they are adjustable to 28VDC...and.. they are terribly inexpensive!

Amended. I put 12V the first time round, but doubted myself and changed it.
