Hi

when I fly on Prepare3d and the standard B747-400 aircraft from FSX, I get allway's overspeed message on Prepare3d. When I check the speed on PSX it still not overspeed at all. Don't know if I allone with this problem. But is there any solution to fix that? I guess the aircraft from FSX is not configured the same way. Or is there a other B747-400 Aircraft what I can use with better compatiblity to PSX?

When I get speed over 320, I get overspeed on Prepare3D. On CMD on PSX the red part starts on 360.

Hi Robert,

May be this can help ?

1. I don't have P3D myself but do remember that you can disable this type of messages
in one of the P3D-menu's .

2. And: http://aerowinx.com/forum/topic.php?id=1598&page=6

Hi Hessel

you meen I can just ignore this message? I'm worried that I get demage on aircraft when I fly to long this overspeed on P3D/FSX.

Ah ok, I found it ... this one will maybe help! I check later at home:

----
I found the only sure fix was the aircraft.cfg found in the appropriate \\SimObjects\\Airplanes\\* directory.

max_mach=0.99
max_indicated_speed=999

Messing with the sim's messaging display caused other issues, like loss or brake messaging, etc.
