On request of researchers at George Mason University, I added a technical option to the Airborne Client. This allows you to influence the default polling interval of 60 seconds. Normally you don't want to do this.

I also added a
Code Select
&company=BAW parameter to the embeddable world map. This can be used to display all planes with a call sign starting with BAW, so it generates a nice company-only overview. Good for VAs.

We have exactly this available in the new British Airways Virtual 'ACARS'. The Flight Data Recorder is an online connection to the BAV airline and requires an hourly press of a 'dead mans handle' to ensure that the pilot remains at the controls.
