RNAV VOR Approach

Everything seems to be working great here, except I can't set a final approach course into the VOR, nor is one set automatically. Is this correct?

From what I understand of RNAV VOR not only is the VOR station auto-tuned (working - denoted by P) but so too is the inbound course (currently not set, and not settable).

Yes, this is correct.

VOR course entry works in manual mode only. Inhibited in auto mode.

P, R, A tuning means freq tuning, not course setting.
