Cycle 1503 data

Does anyone know if vendor offers a digital collection of all the Cycle 1503 charts? I'm thinking of something like SimPlates or NavTech that remains with 1503 (or something very close to it) and doesn't update. No subscription, in other words, just a digital library that matches 1503. Thanks.

Hi Will, I asked the same question in another post but did not get any answer. I do not know of a (legal) solution for that.
