A question thought, why did the gear lever stay in the up position the whole flight, anyone knows?

Gear lever up for the whole flight was a new recommendation introduced some years ago, I think. Looks like it's airline specific.

Yep, with KLM the gear levers stays up on the 747. Also the calls during T/O are a bit changed, the PM calls 80 knots. During landing roll-out only 60 knots is called out by the PM.
