Using PSX as a stand alone ATC addon

Would it be possible running PSX in the background primarily for ATC simulation?

I wouldn't foresee any problems using this with P3D/FSX with VisualPSX/TrafficPSX and different aircrafts, however the radio panels and squawk codes will have to be controlled by the 747 pedestal, unless there is a way to control PSX commands by P3D/FSX (via FSUIPC?)

Using the ATC function of PSX with other aircraft.

For example, I fly another avionics suite (A320) and would like to use the PSX ATC functions with that aircraft.

What functions of the PSX ATC do you want to use?

Random vectors only?

Or also SID specific altitude constraints etc.?

If I enter the appropriate details into the 747 CDU it should all work?

No, you would also have to fly the PSX aircraft so that the PSX FMC can progress.

I fear that's very complicated.
