I'm starting development on the Android version today.

Yes, you just need to enter the IP address of the PSX server and it will connect and run. The app never times out (screen goes dark), but if you lock your iPad the PSX connection will disconnect.

Here are some great mounts you can use to mount your iPads. I use these mounts both in my simulator, and my real aircraft (not a 747 :-) ).

I keep checking the App Store... No Joy so far... But it's been a busy week for our favorite fruit company.  Is there/will there be an iPhone version as well?  With the new 6 and 6 Plus the size will accommodate this well..... I hope.... I hope!

Sorry right now it's iPad only. The buttons will be way too small for the iPhone 5, and I don't have an iPhone 6 or 6+ to test on.

The app still hasn't been reviewed by Apple. Will let you all know when it's available.

Android version is coming along very slowly. I've managed to get all the connectivity stuff to PSX working, the CDU screen displaying properly, but I am having huge difficulties with getting the imagery (backgrounds, buttons..etc) to work well with all the different screen sizes and densities. So right now i'm trying to figure out a way that I can efficiently handle all the different devices.

Your Ipad application is very expected.
You say you do not want to make it pay, why not offer it as addon as visualpsx, xview ... and ask HH to put it on his website.
That would quickly happy. Is Apple really necessary ?

Apple doesn't allow 3rd party applications to be installed on their devices unless they were 1. jailbroken, or 2. downloaded from their app store (even if it's free).

That's why I will always buy Android devices only...

Even if Apple hardware is top notch, I really can't stand not to be able to do what I  want with the device I have paid...
