I have a late 2009 MacBook Pro.
I think I would like to get two external monitors in addition to its own screen. I've been googling a bit to see what I would need, other than the monitors, to connect these monitors to my Macbook.

Has anybody successfully connected two monitors to an (older) Mac and if so, what hardware/adapters are you using?
