Which JDK

I arrived back in the Netherlands this very morning from Delhi.
First thing, stopped by at the Luchtvaart Hobby Shop / Aviantion Mega store to pick up my copy of PSX.

I'm trying to install it. When I click the installer.jar I get a message I need a JDK. When I go to the Oracle there is a bewildering number of different JDK.

which one do I need? I have a Mac Probook OSX 10.9.4

I think you need the JRE (Run Environment) not the JDK (Development).  Maybe it's different for Mac than Windows but I downloaded the bottom one on the JRE list this morning (64-bit) and installed it.  Works fine.

Better download the JDK (the bigger package).

A few essential things may be missing in the latest JRE (the smaller package).
