Aerowinx (USA) orders

In response to an E-Mail that I sent to Aerosoft, they responded quickly and agreed with me that credit cards should not be charged prior to shipment.  

"I understand that charging on the shipping date is more reasonable than up-front. It's a big amount and still about four weeks ahead - though some customers asked me to charge their credit cards.

Here is my promise:
- We don't charge any new order prior to shipment.
- If any customer who we charged in the early days of AeroWinX's pre-order availability wants a refund we'll make it immediately."

I]m quite impressed by their change in policy!

Interesting, i have held off my order so far. Does their EU site have the same policy?

Not sure, but as my communications were with Dr. Burchhardt (Who I THINK is the boss ) I'd bet that is now a general policy.

A message from Aerosoft USA:
On Friday 18 July through Saturday 19 July until 08:20 PM EST customers that pre-ordered were mistakenly charged.
We have corrected this error and already refunded these customers.
It's not our policy to charge up-front.

While I appreciate Wolfgang's/Aerosoft's efforts to accommodate the concerns of some- I PREFERRED KNOWING PSX WAS BOUGHT AND PAID FOR.  I have no problem whatsoever with pre-paying for PSX and am looking forward to Aug 18.

ANYTHING THAT HELPS MY PSX ORDER GET SHIPPED FIRST IS OK WITH ME! :)
