problem with the beloved VISTA

Hello captains,

i tried to install ps13 on my Vista PC with dosbox.
Here is the problem:

I managed to start dosbox, mounted a drive etc. and installed ps13 in C:\\PS13
Then i started the "747ipc-3.1.2-install" (as admin (is this important? i love vista...)).

Now, when clicking on my red and blue 747IPC icon two DOS windows appear
with the message:

 "747 IPC v3.1 784 keys added from VMREAD.CFG  start"

and the other one with the message:

 "PS1 32-bit extensions loaded      initialising NTVDM module     RegisterModule Error: 0010"

Anyone any ideas???
Has this to do with UAC?
