PFD: Rising Runway

This is that green runway symbol on the attitude indicator coupled with the radio altimeter. It's an option, but I'm wondering if not all airlines have turned this option on nowadays.

I was just checking this PS1.3 config list from August 2000 and am wondering if Air France, Cathay, KLM, Lufthansa and Thai still don't use the Rising Runway.

I want to keep the option list in PSX as small as possible and make as many features as possible fixed installed, i.e. I don't want to bloat the menu with checkboxes for options which everybody has always switched on anyway.

Any comments?

It's now optional in PSX. (Not fixed installed.)
