Interesting development.  Looks like NetJets is dominating this sector.

A slightly related aside - I was at the Mayo Clinic's Rochester, MN airport on a business trip, some years ago.  There was a private 747 with small Arabic script labels (not a commercial airliner) parked off to the side that was said to be owned by one of the Saudi royalty - his mother was sick and they wanted the best of care for her.   The ultimate private jet, I guess, perhaps analogous to the US Presidential 747, Air Force One.
