where to do 2nd cut

hi all

brought a shell (300) dims are currently 17.4 feet wide 21.0 ft long and 10 ft high that is not the problem the issue is texas requires a 8.6 ft wide before it becomes an over sized load which would require pilot drivers front and rear

if shipped as is its 10k cut it would be 1100 quite a difference

trailer size is 8.6 ft wide  by 36.0 ft long any suggestions and I am limited to max of 13 feet tall

I saw it being delivered in pieces and it did not seem that they required an oversized load truck, but I may be wrong.
