It wasn't in the back

(edit)
During WorldFlight, I sort of have a preference for the F/O position (we typically use the convention that left seat is P/F all the time, for various reasons). One of the aspects that I like is the radio work and keeping 10 minutes ahead of it, including feeding the P/F the required info before he needs it.

In the US ATC system, there is much more radar vectoring than I am used to, so we can fly basically without maps as long as you have a GPS nav box that knows the WYPTS. But I still like a few pieces of dead tree around... it will be a while before I can convert to memory only and an iThing where you can scribble on with a greasy finger.

Now I find myself looking around for a used aviation headset...

Thats great Hoppie, those old classic CE500's were awesome, built like a Boeing.
What year model is it?
My current dream is a Citation Mustang with synthetic Vision, it would suit my missions perfectly.

It's the same old (t)rusty N800BF as last year, only I now ride it more often as we need to travel around the Southern United States for business. A Citation 501 SP, built in '78 I believe, S/N suggests nr. 80 off the line.

Trips Miami-Atlanta are of the ideal length for this craft. It has been equipped with all our avionics goodies (shameless plug) as a flying showcase, and on top the left seat has a complete Garmin 600 kit retrofitted.

You burn 2400 pounds of Jet-A with a 60 kt headwind at FL330 for 2:45 hours, and the tanks can hold about 4000.

Mustang ... I'll nudge my boss

Matt, do you have a 'Piss'tot heat switch in the cockpit of your Baron?!
