Hi all,
I implemented a simple app that connects to the PSX main server and draws the airplane's position and heading on OpenStreetMap. It's here in Github: https://github.com/jgracin/psxtaxi.
I've just found out about Aeromap https://aerowinx.com/board/index.php?topic=6297.msg68088#msg68088 (https://aerowinx.com/board/index.php?topic=6297.msg68088#msg68088) which is pretty much the same thing as psxtaxi. Oh, well, now there are two add-ons. :-)
Thank you for your time and contribution, Josip.
I will download it today. I read the instructions and I have just one question. Does the application have an "always on top" feature?
Best regards,
Mariano
I downloaded and tried the latest b5 and I find I have a lot of grey squares that do not fill in when I zoom in to my plane's location.
If I zoom out to maximum distance and then back in the squares shift around but do not completely disappear.
Is it possible to have a refresh button or similar.
(Note) Network query removed as I performed RTFM.... :)
Cheers,
AlexB
Hi AlexB and Mariano,
Thanks for the input!
The app does not currently have the "always on top" feature. I'll try to add it.
Regarding the gray squares, I've seen that happen occasionally. Not very often, though. I don't know what's causing it. I'll look into it.
Thanks again.
Hi! There's a new version https://github.com/jgracin/psxtaxi/releases/download/1.0.2/psxtaxi-1.0.2-b12.jar (https://github.com/jgracin/psxtaxi/releases/download/1.0.2/psxtaxi-1.0.2-b12.jar) that supports alwaysOnTop property. I made this default to true.
Thank you, Josip.
Best regards,
Mariano
