I have something quite similar - not the most portable instruments!
Have you come across Hautpwerk? You can buy a much less bulky console to use with it, use touchscreens for the stops etc, and the sound is amazing. Something to consider for Miami perhaps...
Yes but I deviated to GrandOrgue instead because it is free and allows me to experiment more. I got a cheapskate 5-octave MIDI nosound keyboard and with a PDF reader on my computer I can graze off most sheet music. But it remains a hassle. Like having to rebuild your sim setup before each flight. You fly less. A lot less.
