Getting real weather into PS1.3?

I feel very n00bish asking this because it's one of the things I used to have configured and working well, but now I have no idea how I did it!

How can I get real weather into PS1.3?  I'm sure there was some broker stuff involved but I really just can't remember at all.  Is it still possible?
