-+ Blue Boxes Bottom Left of a Frame

Is there a way to hide these pop ups when trying to hit a button close to the bottom left of a frame?
I think I must have had them hidden but now something has changed and I'm at a loss to find out what.

G'day Chris, Instructor page/preference tab/screen tab_frame handling subsection, then check the box for lock subframe divider and pan and zoom settings.

Thanks JG but I was hoping that the popup could be stopped but still retain the ability to zoom and pan frames.

There are just two ways: Lock the zoom settings as JG described, or pan and zoom the desired flight deck panel clipping so that no flight deck switch is located in the lower left corner of the subframe.

This feature hasn't been changed since 2008. It's not new.
