Yes, that is correct — the unit is approximately 520 mm wide.
So if your setup was built specifically around the 500 mm CP Flight footprint, it likely would not fit the exact same space without adjustment.
This unit was designed around its own internal structure and panel layout rather than as a direct physical replacement for legacy MCP hardware.
I should also mention that it comes with its own incliner, so users can position it at a comfortable angle for desktop operation.

Will this work with the PMDG 744/748 for FSX running under Windows 10, please?

I like my peripherals for PS 10 to work the same way as for PMDG in FSX.

Hi Michael,
Yes — it should work.
The PMDG operating logic in P3D and FSX is very similar, and they share essentially the same SDK structure/documentation, so from that standpoint there should be no problem supporting the PMDG 744/748 in FSX under Windows 10.
And even if there were ever any issue on the custom router side, I also officially support MobiFlight and plan to provide a profile for it as well, so there is still a practical fallback path.
